I moved to Central Virginia in 1997 after a 25 year career with the Air Force. After living all over the world it was great to move to a small rural community that in 1997, didn’t have a single stoplight. (We now have one stop light) I found a friendly community that had 4 seasons, lots of nature and close enough to Richmond and Charlottesville to delight just about anyone. I am a licenced real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens, Real Estate III and enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I have a strong background in computers and use them to my clients best advantage to both market homes and assist buyers in finding their dream home. I am GREEN certified to help buyers find homes that meet high standards for energy efficiency and leave smaller foot prints on our environment and also work with Short Sale and Foreclosure owners and buyers.
